Job description

Job Title: Immediate HRIS Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary HRIS Specialist to assist our HR team with data cleanup, system support, and reporting initiatives. This role will be 80% focused on HRIS responsibilities and data cleanup projects, including supporting onboarding, I-9 compliance, and writing SOPs. The remaining 20% of the role will involve updating and maintaining the HR Power BI dashboard on a quarterly basis. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, and other business partners, while ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems and reporting processes.

Work Environment

Fully remote role, must be comfortable with this. Their HQ is in Stamford, CT, and can go in to meet with the team if desired. Reporting to HRIS Manager, there are 4 people on the team. The company is rapidly growing and has doubled its corporate HQ size in 2 years.
