Job description

Overview:

  • Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a Privileged Account Management (PAM) Cybersecurity Engineer for our US Government client.
  • This will be a 100% remote position.
  • SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.
Responsibilities:
  • On going PAM Tool configuration activities include configuring SmartTules, Splunk/MFA/ServiceNow/SCIM Server Integration, Authentication, Define BT Roles, etc.
  • On-going account onboarding onto PAM tool activities includes conducting Asset & Account Discovery Sessions.
  • On-going management support of PAM tool activities include providing password safe user support and ticket resolutions, maintaining virtual appliances (Patches and Upgrades), maintaining and support of window servers/MS SQL server DB, etc.
  • Provision additional Computer resources to support scalability, if needed.
  • Raise issues, risks, or decisions to product owners and management.
  • Identify roadblocks and propose effective solutions.
  • Be able to positively influence peer organization and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Information Security. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security operations and/or related IT operational functions.
  • One or more of the Certifications is a plus:
    • CompTIA Net+
    • CompTIA A+
    • CompTIA Security +
    • CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer
    • CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
  • Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Residence status (Green Card).
  • Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
