Job description

Overview:

Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a Privileged Account Management (PAM) Cybersecurity Engineer for our US Government client.
This will be a 100% remote position.
SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.

Responsibilities:

On going PAM Tool configuration activities include configuring SmartTules, Splunk/MFA/ServiceNow/SCIM Server Integration, Authentication, Define BT Roles, etc.
On-going account onboarding onto PAM tool activities includes conducting Asset & Account Discovery Sessions.
On-going management support of PAM tool activities include providing password safe user support and ticket resolutions, maintaining virtual appliances (Patches and Upgrades), maintaining and support of window servers/MS SQL server DB, etc.
Provision additional Computer resources to support scalability, if needed.
Raise issues, risks, or decisions to product owners and management.
Identify roadblocks and propose effective solutions.
Be able to positively influence peer organization and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Information Security. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in Information Security operations and/or related IT operational functions.
One or more of the Certifications is a plus:
- CompTIA Net+
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Security +
- CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer
- CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Residence status (Green Card).
Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
