Responsibilities: Purpose - The Administrative Manager provides administrative support for the Financial Services industry leader. This person works frequently and directly with external associations on planning, negotiating and executing contracts, works closely with marketing account manager to ensure efficient flow of work, and timely delivery to meet internal associate needs.   Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain external relationships with trade associations, including the selection of Financial Services professionals for speaking engagements - Communicate proactively with associates and clients - Host external and internal webinars, plan and coordinate events - Leverage big data from multiple sources to create reports and analyze information for leaders - Create, proof, and edit documents including but not limited to: presentations, proposals and RFP responses, engagement letters, Confidentiality Agreements as requested, ensuring timeliness - Work independently and collaboratively with the Financial Services marketing account manager - Develop and demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm’s products and services - Electronic document storage and submitting firm expenses Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications: - Requires a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Prefer an Associate Degree in Administrative Support, Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or Information Technology - Requires five or more years of job-related or volunteer experience in an administrative supporting role in a professional services work environment - Requires expert experience in utilizing Excel and Powerpoint, and intermediate proficiency in Word and Outlook - Experience in any of the following areas preferred:  financial institutions, insurance, wealth management, asset management, private equity or other financial services - Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills and accurate grammar usage Carly Seidl, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated pay range for this position is: $52,000 - $70,000.
