We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our esteemed Internal Audit team based in Los Angeles. As part of a thriving team, you will have the privilege of serving our exceptional clients in the financial services sector, with some travel required within the greater Los Angeles and Orange County regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with dynamic project teams on comprehensive internal audit engagements for various financial services, including fintech, mortgage, and investment firms.
• Offer expert consulting and strategic advice to stakeholders on governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
• Develop detailed process narratives and identify crucial controls, evaluating their effectiveness.
• Execute operating effectiveness testing via meticulous sample selection and attribute testing.
• Deliver findings to stakeholders, including process owners and senior management, in a clear, succinct manner.
• Communicate complex issues effectively to clients and team members.
• Generate high-quality deliverables that require minimal revisions.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, skillfully balancing priorities to uphold project momentum.
