Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in database development, with a strong background in designing, building, and optimizing database solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, effectively guiding database development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of database design principles and techniques, along with expertise in data models and schemas.
  • Experience in performance optimization techniques, including indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database security protocols, data governance, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex database challenges and optimize system performance.
