Remote Tech Program Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Program Manager to join our innovative team, specializing in logistics and supply chain management. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale logistics programs, collaborating closely with technology teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Employ advanced project management tools and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders, including business users and product owners, to ascertain requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Leverage deep expertise in logistics IT systems, focusing on design and architecture to optimize performance.
• Manage the integration of logistics systems (e.g., WMOS, Sterling OMS/IMS, Retek RMS) with key operational systems.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee project budgets and conduct financial analyses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration.
• Anticipate strategic implications of projects and coordinate efforts with stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.
  
  

Required Skills

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applications, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 8 years in logistics, supply chain, or retail.
• Technical proficiency in logistics IT systems and a proven ability to deliver large-scale programs within the retail or logistics sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Manhattan.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in utilizing project management tools and data analysis.
• Proven experience in integrating various systems across multiple platforms.
• Ability to create actionable roadmaps and lead efforts toward well-defined goals.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying insights to executive leadership.
• Certification in SAFe or other Agile methodologies is preferred.
• A natural leader with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
