We are in search of an enthusiastic and accomplished Consulting Accountant / Business Systems Analyst with a background in accounting firms to join our dynamic team. In this essential position, you will facilitate the adoption of our state-of-the-art software solution, empowering accounting firms and their clients to work together efficiently on a cohesive platform. You will play a crucial role in our business development strategy, endorsing our software as the top choice for accounting firms transitioning from traditional practices to innovative business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the reputation of our software in the accounting sector.
• Analyze the specific needs of accounting firms and their clients, crafting customized solutions and configuring workflows to improve efficiency.
• Aid in the expansion of our partner network by enabling accounting firms globally to achieve certification in our software.
• Conduct specialized training sessions that highlight the capabilities of our software for internal teams and clients.
• Provide valuable feedback to Product Owners regarding customer insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
• Embrace various tasks and initiatives with enthusiasm, playing an active role in the overall success and growth of the organization.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while preparing financial information for audits.
• Experience in software/ERP implementation, project management, or client consulting roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an adaptability to new technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a Fiduciary/Accounting/CPA Firm, including managing accounting functions for multiple clients and preparing financial documentation for audits.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software/ERP implementation or client consulting.
