Job Overview

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Contract Support Specialist, a fully remote opportunity within our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will engage with diverse business units and functional areas, leveraging your contract management expertise to develop and oversee critical contract documentation for both current and upcoming projects. You will excel in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, ensuring seamless preparation and execution of agreements while maintaining robust organizational practices and effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the capture and proposal development process by ensuring timely and comprehensive partner agreements.
  • Create, modify, and analyze essential information to facilitate the preparation of agreements.
  • Draft and finalize necessary documentation to ensure agreements are completed satisfactorily.
  • Execute assigned tasks and action items related to contract support.
  • Collaborate with executives, leadership, and team members to enhance partnership agreement efforts.
  • Assist in business development activities, including participation in pre-bid meetings and vendor communications.
  • Organize and conduct meetings concerning contractual matters.
  • Maintain precise contract records through our contract lifecycle management system (Agiloft).
  • Review and submit CPARS evaluations, managing the distribution process efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough contract reporting, including quarterly/annual reports and SAM profile updates.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in preparing legal agreements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, coupled with solid business acumen.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with experience in project management and organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Post-high school education or relevant experience in a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, purchasing, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
