Job Overview

We focus on serving historically marginalized communities and those in need of culturally informed support. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician—whether a Psychologist, Marriage Family Therapist, or Social Worker—you will play an integral role in fostering client-centered care and helping clients navigate complex mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services to individuals and couples, emphasizing cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with clients to address a variety of mental health issues, including racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, and acculturation.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and engage in teamwork during compensated administrative intervals.
  • Offer telehealth services while managing a flexible schedule with no weekend obligations.
  • Establish rapport with clients to deliver outstanding care that supports their mental health objectives.

Required Skills

  • Valid licensure to practice in California as a Psychologist, Marriage Family Therapist, or Social Worker.
  • Proven experience in individual and couples therapy.
  • A strong passion for working with diverse and historically marginalized populations.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities, particularly relating to telehealth practices.
  • Technologically adept with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EHR systems.
  • Self-driven and independent, with a focus on client success.
  • Comfortable utilizing online scheduling and client management software.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in California as a Psychologist, Marriage Family Therapist, or Social Worker.
  • Experience providing individual adult therapy, couples therapy, and/or family therapy.

  • Competitive annual salary range: \(50,400 to \)134,000+ (commensurate with experience and client demand).
