Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant eCommerce team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to be instrumental in supporting our Supply Chain and Product Teams as we continue to serve a diverse customer base, including celebrated brands such as Marvel, Domino’s, and Lululemon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise data entry to assist in operational functions of the Supply Chain and Product Teams.
  • Address customer inquiries with utmost professionalism and care.
  • Aid in product inspection and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents to facilitate ease of access.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team and contribute to the coordination of team events.

Qualifications
