Job Description

Carrying out bank proceedings, processing and filing administrative documentation. Maintain and cordially manage relationships with both internal and external customers.

All these with the purpose of achieving all duties assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all phone calls and make those requested by his/her boss.
  • Request quotes, make purchase orders, expense reports, air ticket emissions and other necessary reservations, as indicated by Management.
  • Manage and process correspondence entry and exit.
  • Receiving and archiving documents in an orderly manner.
  • Carry out bank procedures (Deposits, withdrawal of vouchers and others) or internal and administrative work ordered by Management.
  • Take care and preserve equipment, supplies, materials and use of CV offices.
  • Work for more than one executive/ manager, support in the generation of administrative procedures.
  • Following the contracts of internal and external suppliers.
  • New supplier registration process.
  • Provide support to other areas such as Human Resources and Finance (data update, report generation among others).


Qualifications

  • Good management of MS Office computing tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Desirable experience in contract administration, document control, logistics or related area.
  • Documentary control knowledge.
  • Skills: Planning, analysis, teamwork, effective communication, organization.
  • Advanced English.
  • 5 years minimum experience in the administrative area.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Communications or related studies.
