Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Pipe-lining Project Manager to join our dedicated environmental team. This position is 100% remote, allowing professionals located in the USA to contribute effectively while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment. Candidates must possess expertise in FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects from initial routing and siting through to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams engaged in environmental studies and the preparation of permit applications, specifically for FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS.
  • Collaborate with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, legal experts, and GIS analysts.
  • Facilitate communication with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings.
  • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and forecasting.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and attend industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to environmental standards.

Required Skills

  • Advanced written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental policies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and MS Dynamics is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in FERC regulations and environmental compliance.
