Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing automation tools to enhance business processes, including Flows, APEX Class, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and LWC.
• Collaborate with team members in daily scrum meetings, analyze user stories, and proactively identify and resolve gaps in functional requirements.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient code that adheres to established standards, while promoting low-code/no-code solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues or defects that emerge in the production environment with efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce.com development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration and development within Lightning Experience, as well as declarative Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to interpret User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, while effectively managing security and permissions.
• Familiarity with customer portals is a significant asset.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Active Salesforce certifications are required (excluding Administrator and Platform App Builder).
