Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 direct billable hours per week.
• Provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Ensure compliance with best clinical and regulatory practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active Virginia license as a Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong motivation to deliver high-quality care and collaborate effectively with others.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in delivering therapy services is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on a transparent, percentage-based pay structure, with realistic annual salaries ranging from:
• $81,250 for 25 billed hours per week
• $97,500 for 30 billed hours per week
• $113,750 for 35 billed hours per week
• Doctoral-level psychologists may earn an additional \(5,000 to \)16,000 annually based on billed insurance.
• Comprehensive benefits package includes:
