Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison among our AI, product marketing, product management, and legal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with engineering teams and technical program managers to ensure synchronization between AI research and development and engineering timelines.
• Lead project execution, guaranteeing that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting established deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of AI and its applications, particularly within the education and technology sectors.
• Proficient in conveying complex statistical information in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA.
• Fluency in contemporary Generative AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT) and their practical applications.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar capacity, ideally within a tech or AI-centric organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in both R&D and AI/Data Science environments.
• Proven track record in facilitating alignment between R&D initiatives and engineering development schedules.

The anticipated annual base salary for this role ranges from \(111,000 to \)148,000, along with eligibility for bonuses.
