Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our esteemed team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to establish and nurture enduring relationships with community associations while delivering exceptional management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your assigned account portfolio to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and develop positive interactions with industry vendors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Attend and provide valuable input at board meetings, supporting clients with insights and guidance.
  • Respond to client requests by securing estimates and proposals, ensuring their diverse needs are met promptly.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative, operational, and managerial support tailored to client requirements.
  • Partner with clients in the formulation of annual budgets that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate and support the execution of annual board meetings and elections, ensuring smooth processes.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding portfolio management and client support.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed, contributing to the overarching success of the team.

Required Skills

  • Preferred possession of a Licensed Community Association Manager credential.
  • Prior experience in community association management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with mobile technology, including tablets and smartphones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
  • Financial literacy, including understanding of financial reporting such as balance sheets and P&L statements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all facets of work.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work evenings as required.
