Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to become part of our dynamic team, where you will engage with our proprietary database and develop analytical models. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering data and analytics projects, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency with minimal oversight required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and cleanse data from multiple sources to ensure precision and consistency.
  • Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot data to uphold accuracy and integrity.
  • Document and comprehend data transformations and lineage.
  • Analyze datasets to unveil insights and trends or to address specific inquiries.
  • Construct predictive models utilizing statistical and machine learning methodologies.
  • Validate and maintain the integrity of analytical models.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of models throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and offer analytical support.
  • Effectively present and communicate findings to team members and clearly articulate complex results to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 0-4 years of pertinent experience, complemented by a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Proficiency in data mining, modeling, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with SAS, SQL, and Python; knowledge of Spark, AWS, and GIT is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong mathematical capabilities (Statistics/Algebra) and coding proficiency.
  • A genuine interest and aptitude for understanding the logic of data transformations and lineage.
  • An analytical mindset accompanied by robust problem-solving skills.
