Job Overview

We are searching for a talented and experienced Information Security Engineer Lead to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. Your foremost responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and protection of information assets while collaborating closely with upper management, security teams, and engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, standards, and best practices across assigned units or departments.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and testing, and take appropriate measures to mitigate identified threats.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and execute strategies to protect information assets.
• Evaluate and recommend new or improved security technologies to enhance our security posture.
• Create and deliver training programs on information security practices for staff and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance of security systems with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to bolster the overall security program.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of information security concepts and practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing security tools and programs.
• Expertise in managing and promoting security initiatives within an organization.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service capabilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, PHP, BASH, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud security, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions and experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in the field of information security.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required based on project demands.

Compensation And Benefits
