Key Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend comprehensive information security policies, standards, and best practices specific to your assigned area.
• Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and testing, addressing vulnerabilities effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks to our information assets across the organization.
• Evaluate and suggest advanced security technologies to strengthen our defenses.
• Create and facilitate training programs on information security to enhance staff awareness and adherence to security protocols.
• Ensure our security systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Undertake additional related tasks as required by the organization.
  
  

Required Skills

• Profound knowledge of information security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing information security tools and programs.
• Strong organizational, project management, and customer service capabilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, BASH, and JavaScript.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of six to seven years of relevant experience in the information security domain.
• Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC).
• Experience in web application development and vulnerability management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with web application firewalls and ServiceNow, along with knowledge of cloud security in AWS and Azure environments.
• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions and certificate management.
