Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves steering various program initiatives while serving as a primary liaison for program objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will engage with multiple leadership tiers and team members, championing our organizational transformation efforts and cultivating an atmosphere that promotes innovation, collaboration, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities

As the Program Manager, you will:

  • Provide guidance and leadership for fundamental program management activities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Assess proposals for scope and feasibility, alongside conducting comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Exhibit proficiency in business analysis and organizational change management, collaborating closely with key decision-makers.
  • Spearhead integrated logistics support and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Formulate and oversee program budgets, ensuring optimal and effective resource utilization.
  • Participate in the strategic planning process, contributing valuable insights to crucial organizational decisions.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and performance assessment processes for team members.
  • Direct research programs aligned with cybersecurity priorities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, security assessors, and cross-functional teams to foster process enhancements and meet regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in managing IT projects and navigating federal regulatory compliance, including CMMC compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective change management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt plans and priorities in response to changing customer needs or organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of seven years of relevant program management experience.
  • Preferred: A Master's degree or advanced certification in program management (e.g., PMP or CAPM).
