We are a leading real estate development firm seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient delivery of construction projects, helping to rejuvenate communities and provide quality housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting through to execution and completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to guarantee timely delivery of all milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly address any challenges.
  • Maintain thorough and well-organized documentation related to all projects.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancements in construction processes and operational efficiency.

  • A demonstrated history of successfully completing projects on time and within established budgets.
  • Experience in historic restoration will be considered an advantage.
