Job Overview

We are actively seeking an accomplished Adjunct Intelligence Training Instructor to become a key member of our team, primarily serving the Springfield, VA area. This part-time opportunity involves delivering specialized intelligence training to personnel within a U.S. government agency, including dynamic three-day workshops and extensive eight-week courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction on pivotal subjects such as:
• Collection and analytic tradecraft
• Data science for intelligence
• Presentational tradecraft
• Legal and ethical considerations in intelligence
• Analytic leadership and management
• Cyber analysis and counterintelligence
• Threat detection and reporting
• Collaboration and information sharing
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Remain updated on the latest trends and best practices within the intelligence community to inform instructional methods.
  

Required Skills

• Expertise in collection and analytic tradecraft
• Knowledge of data science applications in intelligence
• Proficiency in presentational tradecraft
• Understanding of the legal and ethical dimensions of intelligence
• Strong leadership and management capabilities in analytics
• Competence in cyber analysis and counterintelligence
• Proficient in threat detection and reporting

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is essential
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence-related roles
• At least 5 years of direct operational experience employing relevant analytic methods
