Location: Remote Office (Must reside within a drivable distance from a C.R. England Dedicated office)

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/Annually Plus Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Travel Requirtement: 50% (subject to change)

Position Summary

 

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities across our regional sites/branches. This role ensures that all operations adhere to company standards and guidelines while achieving established performance targets. The ROM acts as a vital link between local management and senior executives, focusing on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the region.

 

Travel Requirements: This position requires frequent travel to various branch locations to ensure effective oversight and operational support.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage dedicated accounts within the assigned geographic region.
  • Enhance processes, policies, and practices to align with the company’s goals and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with top management and local account managers to develop and implement strategies for operational improvement.
  • Participate in recruitment, establish work schedules, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Ensure all sites are operationally efficient, with appropriate staffing and equipment.
  • Address compliance issues among local managers and provide necessary training to improve adherence to company protocols.
  • Oversee performance evaluations and recommend merit-based bonuses/salary increases.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on account performance and operational challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
