Job description

This Dutch fintech startup is looking for a product-led Customer Success Manager - do you have what it takes?

This client is a post-investment rocket, and is one of the Netherlands hottest fintech companies to watch in 2024. You'll work closely with the companys founder, who successfully built and sold their previous business, to scale up their organization and work with their most important partners.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and conducting personalized demos.
  • Working closely with the Account Manager that handles up/cross-sell closures.
  • Act as the first point of contact for product adoption.
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate department (e.g., development)
  • Helping clients use the software to achieve their goals.
  • Flagg feedback to relevant teams (development, sales, marketing).
