In this fast-paced business environment, the Professional Services team, in charge of maintaining and developing our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for a Bilingual Senior Implementation Manager🦸.
🎯Your role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the Training Orchestra solution for our clients. This position serves as liaison between the company and the client and ensures that all targets and requirements are met and that projects are successfully completed.
Duties and responsibilities
o Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation to completion
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Integration, Support, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless project delivery
o Manage project scope, risks, and resources to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes
o Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for implementing, using and integrating our solutions
o Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical configurations
o Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder communication
o Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
o Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Professional Services team
⛹🏽‍♂️Technical Skills & Expertise
o Strong understanding of data migration and integration processes
o Proficiency in database management and SQL queries to support data initialization, data analysis and system integrations
o Familiarity with SaaS solution architecture and the ability to understand technical aspects of cloud-based systems
o Ability to perform business analysis tasks, such as gathering and documenting requirements, developing functional specifications, and mapping workflows
o Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and project tracking
o Expertise in creating and delivering professional presentations using PowerPoint
Requirements
o 10+ years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on project management
o Fluency in French and English is required
o Proven experience working with enterprise-level clients in a professional services or consulting role
o Ability to work remotely and independently within a multicultural team
o Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
o Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
o Experience with Training Management solutions or similar solutions is a plus
o PMP, or similar certification is preferred
