It’s a Pay-per- Search model where each placement your company makes with us over the year reduces your fees. *Executive Search - these searches are executed on an exclusive, retained basis. Our search methods ensure the right fit and culture add for every new hire. We work closely with our partners to ensure we capture what their needs are and to help identify the best candidate for long-term growth and delivery. HR Advisory *HR Launch Program - This package is ideal for companies creating their first Canadian presence and/or very early-stage startups. We set up all the foundational pieces to your early HR practice. This is a flat-fee 12 week program. *Fractional HR Advisory Partnership - This is the next stage after the Launch Program. You have all the foundational pieces in place but require help, advisory or support at certain times in certain areas. Services & Training Outplacement - An affordable offering for layoffs. Training Workshops & Lunch & Learns - Topics Include: Manager Fundamentals, Interview Training Recruiter Training - An ideal solution for a team that has transitioned someone without training into the recruitment function.
