Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and efficient Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting Southern Roofing and Renovations' expansion and success by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to scout potential, a passion for engaging with people, and a commitment to contributing to the company's growth and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies using a data-driven approach.

• Identify, attract, negotiate and close all levels of candidates.

• Continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill hiring goals.

• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.

• Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring manager and interviewers to represent Southern’s culture in a meaningful way.

• Conduct daily interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles within the organization.

• Efficiently manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, responding to messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and to ensure a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.

• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing job offers, conducting background checks, and organizing orientation sessions.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve our recruitment process and candidate experience.

• Stay informed of trends and innovations in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Ability to speak, read, and write English at a native level.

• A solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Experience recruiting sales positions

• Experience in the construction, roofing, or renovation industries.

• Experience working for a USA based company.

• Ability to work standard U.S. business hours.

• Knowledgeable about employment-related laws and regulations.

• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
