Join Our Team as a Junior Scientific Project Specialist

About this role

As part of our Strategic Resourcing Solutions (SRS) team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Junior Scientific Project Specialist is responsible for ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­providing platform support in the execution and management of individual compassionate use requests, called Out Of Scope (OOS).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintenance of the Early Access systems up to date following our internal processes and guidelines.
  • Populating entries in the systems with complete and accurate information.
  • Maintaining and updating the entries in the systems in real time.
  • Understanding the process execution according to standard processes.
  • Support the organization of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Consolidating meeting minutes to share with stakeholders.
  • Documents archive and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
  • Familiar with early access / compassionate use / clinical trials operational management
  • English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
  • Familiar to project management and eager to accrue experience in the field-
  • Service-oriented and organized mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
