What We’re Looking For:
As a Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of SIS reviewers, guiding them to execute evaluations, ,managing the SIS database, and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. The SIS tool evaluates practical support requirements of a person with a developmental disability. Ensuring Trillium’s members have the right supports is critical to member’s success.
On a typical day, you might:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of the SIS Interviewers.
- Monitor SIS staff’s productivity.
- Attend and participate in state SIS manager collaborative meetings.
- Provide oversight and approval of SIS reassessments requests and amendment requests.
- Respond to feedback/questions/concerns.
- Maintain and develop a tracking system that monitors SIS implementation.
- Provide recommendations and feedback regarding SIS Reviews.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area and one (1) year of post-degree progressive experience providing similar services to the MH/SU/IDD population. OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience providing direct supervision of staff (Two (2) or more employees) that provides services with a Medicaid 1915(c) waiver population (CAP-MR/DD or Innovations.) is preferred.
License/Certification: Must be certified to administer the SIS, which may be attained after commencing employment with Trillium.
Preferred: Certified as a SIS Trainer or Quality Lead.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
