Job Overview: 

As a Marketing and Web Content Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, content updates, and management of our website, as well as managing our blog and social media presence. Your creativity will shine through as you design engaging graphics and video content, enhance our SEO efforts, and create newsletters that resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will handle chat bot interactions, ensuring smooth communication with our online visitors.

Job Description

Web Designing & Content Updates: Redesigning the website using WordPress/Elementor and keeping it updated with new content.
Blog & Social Media Management: Posting weekly blogs and managing social media updates. Using Chat GPT.
Graphic Design & Content Creation: Designing ads and content using Canva, as well as creating engaging content from provided photos and videos.
Video Editing: Editing video content for various purposes.
SEO & Newsletters: Applying SEO best practices and assisting with newsletter crafting.
Chat Bot Management: Overseeing interactions with the chat bot


Requirements

  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Content creation
  • Social media marketing expertise with the ability to grow online communities and drive engagement.
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design, with an eye for clean and effective visuals.
  • Strong video editing skills with knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with web design using Elementor and WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, with the ability to optimize content for search engines (experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console a plus).
  • Customer service experience, particularly with automated chatbot interactions, offering clear, helpful responses to customer inquiries
