Job summary:

Your role:

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical OIT and sales plans for IGT Mobile surgery business (C-arm).

  • Support pre-sales activities by facilitating on-site product demonstrations and presentations.

  • Develop and execute an educational program for the users, to maximize the knowledge of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions in light of the specific clinical applications.

  • Collaboration with Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.

  • Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines.

  • Work together with account managers, channel partner and sales specialist on multimodality deals, upgrades of the installed base, addressing product complaints and inquiries made, aim for a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieve both OIT and sales targets.

  • Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management (SFDC).

  • Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.

  • Drives continuous improvements via Lean.


You're the right fit if:

  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in healthcare sector preferable within the Operating room.

  • Environment or radiographer background (interventional lab will be a plus).

  • Customer orientation mindset.

  • Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills.

  • Ability to develop product positioning strategies.

  • Must reside within the territory and with the flexibility and willingness to travel within Indonesia.

  • Positive, structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
