As part of Tealium’s Partner Product Team, you will own the design and requirements for new integrations, collaborating with technology partners to build and maintain scalable, high-impact solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to developing go-to-market strategies and ensure that Tealium’s products deliver value to customers and partners alike.

To facilitate seamless collaboration with our team and clients, we are seeking candidates who can align their working hours with Eastern or Central Time Zones.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for products and services within Tealium’s product suite, particularly focusing on Data Sources and Destinations (Tags, API Integrations, etc.).

  • Manage all integration-related aspects with assigned technology partners, including external partner-facing activities, managing dependencies, and identifying joint business value.

  • Lead the design and requirements for new integrations, ensuring partners can build and optimize their solutions on Tealium’s platform.

  • Develop and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) for new integrations and features, identifying key use cases that showcase the platform's value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, product marketing) to align on industry trends and drive product adoption through webinars, enablement activities, product demos, and supporting go-to-market strategies.

  • Ensure that product launches are successful by coordinating with internal and external teams, identifying partner opportunities, and positioning integrations that drive joint business value.

  • Conduct presentations, requirements gathering, and documentation of the benefits and value to customers and partners.

  • Validate and define customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive advantage in product integrations.

  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics that impact product integrations.

  • Partner with engineering leaders and scrum teams to build innovative technology and continuously ship value in an agile CI/CD environment.

  • Provide ruthless prioritization and focus for engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of customer value.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.

  • A working knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and/or tag management systems is highly advantageous.
