As a Manager, Global Trade – Advanced Structures Program, you'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and sustaining trade compliance policies and procedures that are critical to our Advanced Structures Collins Management System. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a go-to expert, working closely with global business units to ensure alignment with our comprehensive Global Trade program, while providing strategic guidance on compliance matters. Your expertise will help shape communications and training initiatives, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to international trade regulations.

You’ll be instrumental in managing site focal programs, supporting audits, and developing actionable plans based on assessments. What YOU will do

  • Implement and sustain the trade compliance program, policies, and procedures, and coordinate the balloting and release of procedures
  • Review and approve transactions under Collins GT Sanctions policy
  • Work with multi-functional teams in a matrix environment on procedural implementation and sustainment
  • Support the full integration of the GT requirements into the Collins Management System processes, tools, and templates
  • Assist with the management of the GT site focal program to support overall GT program implementation and sustainment
  • As directed, develop and implement training to ensure employees in the business understand and comply with trade compliance regulations
  • Assist the team in the development and execution of the GT communications plan
  • As directed, support site visits, assessments, and audits
  • Assist sites in completing self-assessments and the development of processes to address gaps
  • Assist with data gathering, analysis, maintenance, and reporting information/metrics in support of Dashboard, Semiannual Operating Reviews, and other reporting requirements as needed
  • Fully understand CORE and act as a facilitator for the Advanced Structures GT CORE projects
  • Ability to support occasional business travel, up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
