Naval Acquisition Program Analyst

As a Naval Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your leadership skills and technical expertise to facilitate the development of innovative solutions to complex problems. Furthermore, you will work with Navy leadership and a wide array of stakeholders in providing DoD acquisition, program management, and logistical and financial management support on behalf of key Navy program offices. Ultimately, this is an opportunity where you can expand your skills by directly influencing and making a significant impact in supporting the warfighter and U.S. Navy enterprise priorities.

You Have:
- Experience with program or project management supporting a DoD organization
- Experience with analyzing DoD acquisition policies, procedures, and life cycles
- Experience with using analytical and reporting tools, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present critical data to key stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with NAVSEA, including providing program management and financial management support to U.S. Navy ACAT I and II programs
- Experience with DoD budget requirements, POM PRR, and tracking funding line items and expenditures, including RDT&E, OPN, and OMN
- Experience with DoD or Navy contracting procedures and regulations
- Experience drafting pre-award RFP documents for Navy systems, including Statements of Work (SOW)
- Experience employing Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) tools and Agile methodologies
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
