Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Work with the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing to plan a quarterly calendar of events in cooperation with our Sales, Channel and Alliance Partner channels to drive registrations, attendees, leads, opportunities and sales.
- Work with the management team to develop the events budget, define the targeted registrants, attendees and leads and plan the number of events by region and market.
- Manage all aspects of Field Event logistics including booking the venue, coordinating marketing efforts in both digital and offline channels, making sure all event signage and materials are present, and tracking event registrations, attendance and leads.
- Coordinate and manage event speakers including recruitment, booking, travel and logistics and on event coordination where needed.
- Develop systems and implement technologies to improve attendee tracking and lead registration.
- Develop and curate weekly reporting on the number of registrants, attendees and leads created for each event and against the quarterly and yearly target.
- Develop event promotion materials and engage Sales, Alliances and Channel Partners to assist in prospect recruitment.
- Present, where needed, at events to maximize value for attendees.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year experience in a related field; or 10 years’ experience in a related field
- Experience in event marketing in the B2B technology space
- 2+ years of experience with B2B technology channel partners
- Strong marketing skills across writing, campaign design, campaign execution, events and presentations
- History of success in event marketing, including event/conference selection, event logistics, content preparation and presentations
- Excellent presentation skills, people skills, and a sense of humor
- Strong time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud technologies
- BS Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
