We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including creating and updating listings, managing guest communication and bookings, coordinating with cleaners, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
In addition to managing existing listings, you will also play a key role in developing and implementing operational procedures to streamline our rental management process. This will involve documenting workflows and creating training materials for future team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and update Airbnb listings for new and existing properties.
  • Manage guest communication and bookings through the Airbnb platform.
  • Coordinate with cleaning crews to ensure timely and thorough cleaning between guests.
  • Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out experience for guests.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for managing Airbnb rentals.
  • Create training materials for future team members.
  • Monitor and adjust rental pricing strategies based on market trends (optional).
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Experience using Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
    • Experience with Airbnb pricing software (e.g., PriceLabs).
