This role will be part of the High-Volume team of Talent Acquisition, responsible for supporting the hiring needs of the legacy Retail East and/or IHX clients.

Overall Purpose: Responsible for the account management of client organizations which may include sourcing and/or filling management and non-management job openings, including exempt, non-exempt and contractor positions from internal and external sources. May be responsible for managing client non-management adjustment initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Provides cross functional client support and/or specialize in filling sales, customer service or technical positions.

· May be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing and candidate selection. Sources candidates in an area where candidates are readily available and limited specialized identification and attraction methods are employed.

· This position may require the creation of sourcing strategies (identifying competitor information, researching industry trends or creating sourcing pool) and utilizing sourcing tools.

· May be responsible for initiating, recommending, developing and implementing advertising and media campaigns and assessing the effectiveness of those recruiting activities.

· May maintain established college recruiting partnerships and attends college recruiting events and job fairs. Adheres to all legal requirements, corporate policies and contractual obligations at all phases of the recruitment process and priority placement process.

· Manage and monitor vendor performance and relationships including rate negotiation, issue resolutions, and agency performance.

· Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.

· May be responsible for overseeing non-management priority placement process. Uses best practices and solid knowledge of organizations, processes, clients, labor agreements, and internal and external business issues to improve products and services provided.

· May maintain and review records for compliance with company guidelines and provide consultation on guidelines to aid in resolution of issues.

May require travel. May be responsible for training or mentoring of new or less experienced recruiters.

Education: Typically High School diploma or GED. Preferred Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts.

Experience: Typically 2 -5 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility.
