Job Title: Sr. Client Success Partner

Department: Technology, Media, Entertainment & Hospitality (TMEH)

Position Type:  Full Time / Exempt

Location: U.S. Remote

About The Role:

As a successful Senior Client Success Partner at Sterling, you are responsible for the satisfaction and retention of clients in your book of business. You will help to expand the Sterling footprint with your clients while developing and maintaining amazing relationships with them. At Sterling, our vision is to make the world a safer place. This Is What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted advisor to your clients & the "go to" person for their strategic account needs

  • Become an expert in the staffing industry and utilize your subject matter expertise to understand each client's organizational dynamics

  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability

  • Maintain ownership of your book of business of approx. 8-12 accounts, worth several million dollars

  • Navigate complex issues, both technical and non-technical, and use sound judgment and data to make decisions that are best for your clients

  • Conduct regular business reviews using value-add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs

  • Map client business requirements to Sterling’s technology capabilities, identifying gaps, omissions, and process optimizations

  • Champion successful client outcomes and innovate ways to improve our service delivery

  • Develop strategic account plans to grow client revenue and achieve world-class client satisfaction

This Is What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of Client Success Partner (or Account Management) experience supporting enterprise level clients

  • Proven success in account management/client success/sales

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections

  • Strong program management, presentation, and negotiation skills  

  • Excellent communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive, impactful experiences for clients

  • Prior experience in Technology, Media, Entertainment or Hospitality

  • 4-year degree strongly preferred

  • No current travel is required, but when resumed, up to 25%

The pay range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.  A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
