Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.
The SAP Senior Developer Lead position entails overseeing a team of SAP developers to execute the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions across various modules and components. The role requires collaboration with SAP functional team and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP development and SAP Clean Core principles, along with exemplary leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects.
Your key missions:
SAP Clean Core Development (S4HANA Core and BTP development):
Defines the SAP development guidelines, norms and standards based on a DevSecOps for SAP framework and SAP Clean Core principles.
Defines and oversees the entire project lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with Pernod Ricard guiding rules and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the quality and integrity of SAP solutions through effective testing methodologies, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
Optimize the performance and efficiency of SAP system code and applications through effective development practices and performance tuning techniques; together with a team of developer and partners.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentors a team of SAP Developers (Pernod Ricard and/or managed services integrator), providing guidance and support to ensure the successful projects execution and efficient operations. This will require coordinating tasks, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving professional growth to enhance overall productivity, expertise and maximize SAP system performance
Strategic Planning and Innovation:
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape. This includes evaluating new technologies, designing and supervising system enhancements execution, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security standards to support the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

You have a master’s degree (Bachelor degree +3/4/5), and +7/10 years of experience
SAP development certifications (ex. SAP Clean Core certification) is a plus
SAP Development experience in S/4HANA context,
SAP HANA database efficient usage in development
SAP basis administration foundation knowledge
Continuous SAP Release management principles knowledge (CI/CD) and proven experience
Servant leadership mindset, strong communication and team collaboration skills, Efficient problem solving, Eager to innovate to bring business value. Product and agile delivery model interest.
SAP S/4HANA development tools, SAP BTP development tools (for RAP and CAP models), SAP portal, GitHub, SAP ATC, CVA, SecurityBridge, etc.
You are fluent in English. French and Spanish appreciated
