What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our scaling team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions by designing, executing, and refining testing strategies. You'll work closely with development, product, and UX teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues before deployment, utilizing both manual and automated testing methods.

What are you expected to do?

  • Contribute to the creation and definition of User Stories.
  • Participate in product development processes.
  • Define and develop detailed test cases.
  • Execute test cases, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams for troubleshooting and bug identification.
  • Set up and maintain the test infrastructure.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new code does not break existing functionality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation.
  • Contribute to maintaining an updated and transparent Scrum board.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CTO, Scrum Master, Software Development Team (across multiple locations), UX Designers, and Product Manager.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing
  • You are proficient in using automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to create automated tests.
  • You have experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
  • You have experience in test case development, regression testing, API testing and performance testing
  • You are proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, or Java) for writing automated tests.
  • You have experience working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • You have experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman.
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have worked in Scrum environments.'
  • You have knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for testing environments.
  • You understand Git and version control systems, including GitHub or Azure Repos for collaboration.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.

  2. NBI Clearance
  3. Social IDs - PHIC, SSS, HDMF, TIN
