About the Role: 

Are you a former Business Development or Sales leader with a passion for coaching and developing others? Join us as an Enablement Coach - Business Development & Sales and work directly with revenue leaders to create dynamic learning environments and build innovative programs that drive Biz Dev & Sales success. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Enablement, you will take ownership equipping XDRs & AEs with the right content, resources, skills and knowledge needed to effectively identify and qualify opportunities for Panorama’s suite of solutions. In this dynamic position you will shape the success of our Biz Dev & Sales teams by driving new hire ramp time, conducting skill-building sessions, and analyzing performance data to continuously improve our lead generation & sales processes. 

This is a critical role that will help shape our GTM Coaching Program & Skills Frameworks. If you’re motivated by making an impact, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at creating scalable programs, this role is for you. 

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 coaching & skill development to XDRs & AEs, helping them reach and exceed targets
  • Project manage the development and execution of Biz Dev & Sales training and other related programs
  • Conduct regular analysis of XDR & AE productivity and effectiveness using data such as outreach success rates and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks that enhance team effectiveness and scalability
  • Collaborate with Biz Dev & Sales leadership to ensure enablement and coaching initiatives align with broader business goals and key initiatives
  • Capture and analyze program impact against leading indicators and KPIs, such as qualified pipeline creation, lead conversion rates, and win rates
  • Collect and integrate feedback from Biz Dev & Sales leadership to refine and improve coaching programs
  • Work cross functionally with other Enablement Coaches to unify our efforts across the entire customer lifecycle
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 2-3 years experience in coaching or training sales teams, ideally within an enablement or leadership capacity
  • Proven success in Business Development or Sales, with a deep understanding of prospecting methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in coaching or training sales teams, ideally within an enablement or leadership capacity
  • Ability to influence strategic decision-making and partner with senior revenue leaders to drive business outcomes
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions on improving team performance
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balancing operational rigor with creativity
  • Self-starter with the ability to to take initiative, lead brainstorming sessions, and develop and run with new ideas

Salary: 

The salary band for this role is $139,500-$186,000

 

The “Base Salary” range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary range involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
