: Athens, Greece

Salary: €1200 + bonuses

Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Languages: Slovak (C2) and English (B2)

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers who need technical support for various products. You will answer questions via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with installation issues, account settings, and after-sales queries. Your technical expertise and customer-oriented approach ensure that every problem is resolved quickly and efficiently.
