Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking guests at luxury hotels.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Continuously seek to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and hotel management systems.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in the local culture.
