• Assist Dutch-speaking clients in booking flights and creating customized travel itineraries to enhance their travel experience.
• Provide expert guidance on travel destinations, available flights, and exclusive services offered by the airline.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.
• Address and resolve travel-related inquiries or concerns swiftly and professionally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of bookings and client interactions for efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest promotions, travel trends, and airline offerings to enhance client recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with team members to foster a supportive and effective working atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must.
• No prior experience is required; a passion for travel and a desire to learn are essential!
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
