How you’ll be impactful:

As a Retention Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and loyalty by developing strategies to retain and grow our user base and user value. Your efforts will directly impact the brand's long-term success by helping users better understand, adopt, and engage with our product. You will enhance user experience and maximize customer value by leveraging personalized communication and targeted campaigns..

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user journeys and ad-hoc campaigns aligned with company goals, addressing users at every stage of the life cycle.
  • Own the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, and analysis using Marketing automation tool (Optimove) and the Marketing Operations team to ensure high-impact results.
  • Manage communication channels (email, push notification, in-app), continuously tracking performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct split testing to refine messaging strategies and improve engagement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to leverage new features, create segmented campaigns, and enhance retention through personalized strategies.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in Retention, Product Marketing, CRM, or similar roles, with a track record of driving engagement and improving retention rates.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
  • Skilled at breaking down complex projects into actionable steps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional thinker, comfortable working with product, marketing, and data teams.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, ensuring accuracy in execution and continuously optimizing performance.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, messaging strategies, and brand positioning to craft effective communication.
  • Technically proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Optimove) and comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Optimove is an advantage.
