Job description

Our partner is a company that was created with the purpose of covering unforeseen events that may arise in people's daily lives. Their commitment is to be transparent in the process and provide exceptional treatment to those who trust us. They're looking for a Financial manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Provide an expertise, guidance, and oversight in the areas of Finance, Legal management to ensure that those functions are operating and/or being carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.
Create and update a financial management plan and budget with short-term and long-term strategic and tactical goals.
Responsible for the financial and administrative operations of company including banking, accounting functions, payroll, budget preparation, legal and corporate services.
Monitor organizational performance against both the annual budget and the Company’s long-term strategy.
Oversee and manage contracted services provided to/from a company.
Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
Prepares monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow.
Keep corporate structure of a company in good shape.
Responsible for tax and compliance matters.
Working with existing investors (p2p platforms etc), preparation presentations and data tapes.

Requirements

High Economic/Finance education, MBA is a plus
Relevant experience at a role of Finance Manager (Banking industry/Fintech is a plus), work experience at BIG4 companies.
Ability to draw up BS, P&L, CF.
Fluent English
Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus
Ability of teamwork, goal achievements, hands on, proactive.
A high degree of business acumen.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrate ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution.
A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed.
