Job description

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in Data Management and implementing IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of REFS business processes and be proficient with the DCAM Framework. You will play a key role in collaborating with both internal and external teams to align project activities with Client's EDM standards and ensure a successful project outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the implementation of IWMS solutions in collaboration with 3rd-party vendors and Client internal stakeholders.
Act as the Data SME, ensuring that the REFS area aligns with global EDM guidelines and data governance requirements.
Ensure all data analysis and governance activities comply with Client policies and standards.
Recommend adjustments to the IWMS project plan based on EDM standards and highlight risks and dependencies.
Work closely with Client's global EDM team to ensure the data model aligns with future operational needs.
Maintain active communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Identify and address any risks related to data governance, project dependencies, or implementation issues.
