We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced business intelligence solutions using Power BI. They will play a critical role in interpreting data and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

What you will be doing:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insightful analysis across various business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized data analytics solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.
Optimize Power BI processes for performance and scalability.
Train and support users on Power BI usage and best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and business intelligence technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Power BI or business intelligence technologies.
Proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with SQL
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their integration with Power BI.
Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or a related field, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI.

Nice to have

Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
