Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ansible Automation Engineer to join our Core Automation team. This role is key to driving the automation of complex workflows and infrastructure solutions within the organization. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader, designing enterprise-wide automated systems using Ansible, DevOps tools, and various infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design automation architecture patterns using the latest Ansible and DevOps technologies across the enterprise.

  • Develop complex automated workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

  • Set up AAP environments from scratch and manage upgrades, modules, and collections.

  • Integrate Ansible with various applications and develop automated solutions for infrastructure, including networking, patching, data centers, databases, and middleware.

  • Administer Linux and RedHat environments with expert knowledge.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated solutions.

  • Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and transfer knowledge to junior team members.

  • Lead pre-due-diligence efforts to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Work with teams across the enterprise to improve infrastructure efficiency and service delivery.
