3+ years proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.

Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and spreadsheet applications

Core responsibilities:

Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.

Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.

Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Organize and categorize data according to predefined criteria.

Update and maintain existing databases with new information.

Perform regular backups and ensure data security and confidentiality.

Conduct quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors.

Follow quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure accuracy..
